1. CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Duly completed immigration status change form.

Simple copy of the passport or valid travel document (mechanized passports or identity documents that do not have a chip).

Interpol international exchange card, with an issue date no more than 3 months old.

Document that proves you have no criminal, police or judicial records, issued by the competent authority in your country of origin or in the ones you have resided in the last 5 years, prior to your arrival in the national territory.

OPCION 1

Simple copy of the public deed of capital increase in the company or corporation already established, with a validity of no more than 3 months from the date the deed was signed.

Proof of presentation and payment of the last annual income tax return of the company, which proves the operation of the company in the fiscal year prior to the submission of the application.

Number of the operating license, as well as the name of the municipality that issued it.

Copy of the document that proves an investment equal to or greater than $150,000 made through international transfer in a single disbursement act through a financial or banking entity subject to the supervision of the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance.

Establish Your Own Business:

Simple copy of the public deed of incorporation of your company or corporation with a validity of no more than 3 months from its incorporation.

A feasibility plan to employ at least 5 peruvians in the period of 2 years.

An investment plan approval and signed by a professional council.

Phase 1

Completion of the change of status form

The initial stage of the process involves accurately completing the change of immigration status form.

This crucial document initiates the procedure, enabling authorities to assess your application and fulfill the necessary requirements to advance toward citizenship through investment.

Phase 2

Present a simple copy of a valid passport or travel document

At this stage, you need to submit a simple copy of your passport or valid travel document.

The document must be machine-readable or chip-free, following the specified requirements.

This step is essential to verify your identity and nationality as part of the application process.

Phase 3

Present Interpol International exchange card

Provide a document from the relevant authority confirming that you have no criminal, police, or judicial record in your country of origin or any country where you have lived during the five years preceding your arrival in the national territory.

Phase 4

Present a certificate of criminal, Police or Judicial Record

Copy of the document that proves an investment equal to or greater than the amount established in the current immigration regulations; and that it was made through an international transfer in a single disbursement act through a financial or banking entity subject to the supervision of the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance.

Phase 5

In the case of investment in new companies:

Simple copy of the public deed of incorporation of the company or corporation with a validity of no more than 3 months from its incorporation.

A feasibility plan to employ at least 5 Peruvians in the period of 2 years.

An investment plan approval and signed by a professional council.

2. RESIDENCY BY INVESTMENT

The residency program allows eligible individuals to obtain residency visas, giving them the opportunity to reside in the host country of their choice without having to apply for full citizenship.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Fill out the form and make the payment for the processing fee.

A plain copy of the current passport.

A document issued by the relevant authority confirming that you have no criminal, police, or judicial record in your country of origin or any country where you have resided during the five years prior to your arrival in the national territory.

A legalized contract with the company sponsoring the residency.

The resident visa will be forwarded to the Peruvian consular embassy in your country.
